Terms of Service
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Evenward is a personal AI productivity platform operated by Benjamin Williams, an independent developer based in Kansas City, Missouri. By creating an account and using Evenward, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions about these terms can be directed to ben@evenward.com.
1. Your account
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at ben@evenward.com right away.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Evenward is a paid subscription service. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Evenward for lawful personal and professional productivity purposes. You may not use Evenward to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or harassing, to attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform, or to share your account with others. Evenward reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts accordingly.
4. Cara and AI-generated content
Cara is an AI assistant. Her responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended to support your thinking and productivity, not to replace professional advice. Evenward makes no guarantees about the accuracy of Cara's responses. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before acting on it, particularly in professional, legal, financial, or medical contexts.
5. Your data
You own your data. Evenward does not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. When your account is closed, your data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep Evenward running reliably. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability. We will communicate planned outages in advance when possible.
7. Limitation of liability
Evenward is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Benjamin Williams and Evenward are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Evenward after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
